Overview of Services

Metabolic Function: The core offers targeted an non-targeted methods using liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry systems to perform metabolic phenotyping of amino acids, free fatty acids, sphingolipid ceramides, lipoprotein ceramides, fatty acylcarnitines, phospholipids, and diacyglycerols.
